All I have to say is WOW! The instructor is soo amazing and wonderful. Her energy is great and her voice is soo soothing. The flow was great and she gives clear and nice transitions. I’ve never had a sound bath but it definitely helped ease my body and mind into a relaxed mush lol.
As a long time yogini I was looking for something I could do without really watching, just listening. I could practice on my own, but during these troubling times I like to let someone else lead the way. Her voice is great, the class easy to follow and adapt to any level, and the Sound Bath ending sealed the deal!
I began my Sunday morning with this workout and all I can say is that I now feel refreshed and rejuvenated for the coming week! This exercise didn't make me question my strength or abilities but allowed me to just be and meditate. That said, I loved it and will definitely do it again!
