Bad sound
The audio quality on this is so poor it made the workout really not enjoyable. The music drowned out the instructor - and although it seemed like her combinations were really good, it was impossible to hear the changes. It's a barre workout, I want to focus on positions, not craning my neck to see the screen the entire time. I'd love to see her teach another class with a different sound set up. The constant narrative made it even harder to hear instructions versus motivation/anecdotes.
Loved this Barre class! Shanti is so sweet! I love her energy And smile! Very motivating!! The class was challenging But not over the top! Loved her pace and transitions!
I really liked the exercises but I couldn't hear the directions over the music. This really interrupted the flow as I had to stop and try to figure out what we were doing.
loved this barre workout!! absolutely like what you'll find at a pure barre, bar method, etc. class. the instructor was great, you will definitely sweat through this class.
One of the best work outs I have done on popsugar, such lovely energy. There is enough variety, I felt a decent burn, but nothing too crazy or exhausting. I would probably say I am on the more advanced side of fitness, but I think I would agree all levels with some starting level of fitness could complete this with balance help. I did not use a chair or support and felt a decent burn.
Shantani brings such a great, encouraging energy to this workout. She is also so good about reminding me to breathe and give these 40 minutes my all. Already shared with my friends! Wish she was here in Oklahoma so I could take some of her live classes!
A sunny workout that goes for a full 40 mins and the burn starts pretty early. This is not a complicated workout but muscles will be stretched to the limit. You’ll need a chair or bench for a couple of the exercises.
