You can work up a sweat
Yes, starts out slow but ramps up. Being new to boxing, it was helpful for the detailed explanations. I did have a little trouble following. I wish she would cue a little earlier. But all in all, it was a good workout. Thank you Leila!

this class started kinda slow but builds by the end I was dripping in sweat! Love all the boxing videos
