Love Kit and her style
This was another great workout from Kit. Every time I see her videos appear, I get ready for some pilates fusion. And even though I workout 5-6 days a week, I'm almost always sore in at least one area the day after her workouts. That lets me know she's working on muscle groups that aren't being targeted enough and I love that!

Efficient workout for legs and abs
