Great workout but the warm up is so intense I was not able to jump into the 'real' work very well because my legs were so fatigued! The cardio burn in the middle is nonstop jump-squats which are absolutely brutal...part of me wished it would alternate with some jumping jacks or something to give my quads a break, but I guess it makes for a much more effective workout!
My third or forth time doing it and I definitely see the progress! They are not that hard for me and I truly enjoy how I am able to challenge my body to its full potential!
This was one of my favorite ones so far. Thank you so much for making these classes available for everyone during the pandemic. Theyβre helping us stay healthy and positive.
Loved that they provided modifications for pregnant people! The mix of cardio and Pilates moves was perfect, I really felt the burn in my thighs and booty. Will be doing this one again!
I got a great workout and was able to easily modify for my wrist injury. I was sweating after a few minutes and was able to push myself without losing form.
An intense workout, killer thigh moves....had a hard time keeping up....first time, next one will be better....would say this is more of a difficult workout then intermediate....for me right now anyway
