First time I did this workout I couldn't finish it all the way through! Def a hard one but so good for your body! Love Taylor & Justin - great energy & so much positivity!

Very fast
The intensity was very high. Both of them took breaks, while one worked out, the other would come to the camera to encourage everyone. But they still expected you to keep up with the intensity of the person working out. The workout was grueling.

Good core workout
This is a core-centric workout and I appreciated the low impact exercises. It will still get your heartrate up. I really liked this duo and their energy.

SO hard
this was one of the hardest popsugar workouts I've ever done. Non stop work but it feels like you accomplished something when you finish. My abs are feeling it!

Love these workouts. I've been doing LIT workouts for quite a while. Not only the best low impact workout, but best overall workout. I know if I start my day working this hard, I'll feel great the rest of the day, body and mind.

Totally appreciate the low impact workout, def not enough of those. RT the anxiety inducing screaming though lol. It was cute when the dog got in on the screaming/barking

I don't know what I was expecting, but this isn't what I expected. This is one of the BEST workouts! Don't let the "low-impact" in the title fool you, this gets your heart rate up to the max. This is high intensity. Great for my bad knee (except for lunges) since there's no jumping. This is a calorie burner. I'll be back!
