The intensity was very high. Both of them took breaks, while one worked out, the other would come to the camera to encourage everyone. But they still expected you to keep up with the intensity of the person working out. The workout was grueling.
Love these workouts. I've been doing LIT workouts for quite a while. Not only the best low impact workout, but best overall workout. I know if I start my day working this hard, I'll feel great the rest of the day, body and mind.
I don't know what I was expecting, but this isn't what I expected. This is one of the BEST workouts! Don't let the "low-impact" in the title fool you, this gets your heart rate up to the max. This is high intensity. Great for my bad knee (except for lunges) since there's no jumping. This is a calorie burner. I'll be back!
