Really Annoying
Really wanted to finish this workout, but found them extremely annoying. I just want to get a good sweat, not have a close up of you every 2 minutes telling me how beautiful everything is.

Wow! It’s a great workout.
I always love these two! This workout was intense. I felt like I survived this killer workout. You know it’s a great workout when you yell at your instructors on the tv as they push you to do your best lol.

Great Energy

Just want thank Justin and Taylor for their GREAT low impact high intensity workouts!! It’s SOOO hard to find low impact workouts that give you a difficult one as well! It’s such a godsend without having the gym option right now due to Covid ....so, again, thank you and keep them coming!!

Great sweaty workout! Justin and Taylor always keep you motivated. Loved the workout and all the others you've done. (Sometimes it was a little hard to understand the cues when you yelled.) Happy anniversary and many more! (I'm celebrating my 43rd in 3 days!) Thank you for the great workout! It was LIT!

Amazing !
I loved the addition of the resistance band, my arms are burning ! I think they did a better job explaining the moves this week and I found it easier to follow. Happy anniversary :)
