I've done many hours of workouts with Justin and Taylor, but I have to say this wasn't one of their best. I've gotten used to Justin's yelling and his and Taylor's style, but this was not their best. Transitioning from move to move was not smooth to say the least. If Justin yelled out the next move I couldn't understand what he was saying much of the time so cueing was not helpful. Most of the time I had to look at them and mimic what they were doing to be doing the right move. Movements were fast (or we were asked to move fast) and I felt like you didn't have enough time to make sure your form was correct so you didn't injure yourself. I did get a good workout but felt like I was trying to catch up all the time and lacked good form. I still don't know what they were doing at the end when they were on their elbows in plank, you couldn't see what they were doing. I usually like their workouts, but not this one. Try one of their many other sessions for a better workout. If safety isn't important, this workout will get you sweating and is a great cardio workout.
