Hectic
I've done many hours of workouts with Justin and Taylor, but I have to say this wasn't one of their best. I've gotten used to Justin's yelling and his and Taylor's style, but this was not their best. Transitioning from move to move was not smooth to say the least. If Justin yelled out the next move I couldn't understand what he was saying much of the time so cueing was not helpful. Most of the time I had to look at them and mimic what they were doing to be doing the right move. Movements were fast (or we were asked to move fast) and I felt like you didn't have enough time to make sure your form was correct so you didn't injure yourself. I did get a good workout but felt like I was trying to catch up all the time and lacked good form. I still don't know what they were doing at the end when they were on their elbows in plank, you couldn't see what they were doing. I usually like their workouts, but not this one. Try one of their many other sessions for a better workout. If safety isn't important, this workout will get you sweating and is a great cardio workout.

FIRST TIME TRYING LOVED!!!
OMG- I have to say this was the BEST ever app class for FREE I ever ever took. It was at least as good as classes I have paid for. Would recommend this to all in heart beat and I am picky!!! I cant wait to do more!!!

I've done a few of their workouts & I LOVE their energy & positivity! They yell a lot but that's my vibe, and I like that they do this workout together and challenge each other!

Crazy
The class was non stop. Have taken these 2 previously and their energy is off the charts. Would like to have had one break. Otherwise my legs are jelly. Recommend for anyone who wants to work hard

Too fast paced!
The workout is good but they're not clear in their instructions, and each of them doesn't finish the workout - too many breaks. In fact, the woman is quite annoying, she just claps and makes a lot of noise, her form is not up to trainer standard.
