Motivating and Sweaty!
Christa's workouts are quickly becoming my favorites. I love kickboxing and her combos are great.

Another great workout
I always love Christa's workouts and this one didn't disappoint. I will have to try it again as the choreo was fast, but even stumbling through it I was able to get a good sweat on!

Love Christas Workouts SO MUCH!
Christa really gets you working! I love all of popsugars trainers, but Christa really hits it. Her workouts are killing you, but after you've finished them you feel so great, so keep up when you are gettin fatigue! Doing this makes me feelin like a ninja and I feel 10 times more fit than before ;) Her attitude is contagious and popsugar has helped me really loosing weight and feeling my best.

Boxing-Kickboxing Workout
I've been trying a lot of new stuff in terms of the kind of exercise, and this session has been the best kind of new for me. I've never really done anything like boxing or kickboxing other than the few times that I tried to do shadow boxing. This was super intense but hands-down, fun, as well. I loved the movements, how they targeted specific parts of the body and had the modifications available. Thank you so much, this workout is definitely a 10/10!!!

Holy margarita goblets!!
Christa is awesome and so inspiring. Her workouts are intense and motivating. I'm trying to do as she says repeatedly: "Do not beat yourself up if you need to modify!" I actually kept up pretty well with the entire workout...and then came the warp speed 3-min burnout. Woa. I had to turn the playback speed to .75 in order to get thru it. I feel a tiny bit defeated by that but I hope to work up to full intensity soon! I guess we're all the best we can in this covid craziness, right?! Thank you for offering all your power and positivity to us in this time!!

Sore the Next Day!
I have always loved boxing and kickboxing, but sometimes find difficulty finding ones that keep my heart rate up throughout the entire workout... but this one did! It’s challenging, but it’s also empowering. Take modifications as needed, and push yourself when you can!! Highly recommend!
