Great workout!
I sweated alot and felt the burn. Katie was a great instructor :) I liked how she gave us different levels of modifications.

What a great workout! Clear instruction, keeps it moving and interesting, tough and sweaty. Excellent instructor. And...it went by fast ;)

Smart workout and a great challenge
This workout has been designed well with shifts. From lower to upper body and working to fatigue. It’s quite challenging as a result but an excellent 40 min session for anyone who is ready to push themselves. Thanks Katie and Popsugar.
