If you're not huge for the gym setting or have a small space or room, this work is great! It's very versatile and the sets can be easily modified for enhancement or suitability. Additionally, the exercises can be swapped out for something different while continuing to keep up with the trainers/timing for company and motivation (=
Specifically Anna, but all 3 of them are very positive, motivating, and encouraging. I really enjoy their commentary, especially when I do the workout on my own, because it feels like I’m doing it with other people! This workout was intense and I felt great after it! Also loves the modifications. Love Popsugar!
This is one of my favorite workouts. It works all the body parts so well. We can't go to the gym so my fellow gym mates and I have become Pop Sugar addicts :) The modifications and camaraderie is amazing!! Cheers to Pop Sugar, Anna and this very effective workout!!
I thought it might get boring doing so many reps of the same things, but it didn't for me. The keys are the pace, short reps, and fun exercises. I actually did sort of feel myself getting stronger which doesn't usually occur to me during a workout. The banter between the three ladies takes your mind off what you are doing, and Anna is very motivating. Will do again={:o)
The moves are simple, but repeating each round five times makes basic moves quite a challenge! I was exhausted and sweating after the 40 minute class. Will definitely do it again
I started this workout yesterday and just wasn't feeling it so I switched to a different one a few minutes in. Today I was feeling like I had more energy so I came back and I'm so glad I did. It was challenging but not a lot of jumping around or very explosive movements so I didn't get that lightheaded feeling I sometimes do with workouts that feel like you're just jumping the whole time. These are good dynamic movements that cause you to pour sweat because they are challenging!
This is a fantastic no-equipment cardio workout to do at home during confinement! It is great to get your body moving after a sedentary day or to start the day with an energy boost.
