It's a good intro for a beginner like me. I could follow it but still have that degree of difficulty for me to push through! Will definitely be doing this for a while before going on to intermediate.

Take care of your mind, body AND soul!
My body was still feeling quite sore from a workout I did Wednesday, and especially my legs, so I decided to give this yoga / cardio workout a try - such a great decision! I absolutely loved every second of it, and I definitely felt pure joy! A great workout for mind, body AND soul, especially during these challenging times we all face worldwide.
