Poor audio quality
I regularly do Popsugar workouts and really enjoy them. This workout was difficult to follow because Brittney did not appear to have a mic on and the music overpowered her voice unless she got really close to the camera. She didn’t seem to provide many modifications.

Great workout but sound needs improving
The workout is great but I found it very hard to keep up without having to look at the screen because the sound of the music was way higher than her voice.

Challenging but great!
I didn't expect it to be so intense but fortunally I finished the whole thing! However sometimes I was confused when Brittney stopped doing the exercise in the middle of it and I didn't know if i should stop too >.<

Solid workout
Steady full body workout that mixes up the tough exercises with some recovery in between. No rest!

Challenging, worth it
Definitely a challenge at points. I needed a little bit of time to catch up with the transitions but good pacing overall and nice energy from the instructor. She was very encouraging and easy to follow.

Amazing workout
I wasn't planning to work out today but the urge struck me and this was the first thing that came up on my popsugar app. Didn't need to get out my weights, didn't need a band - but it was still a grueling workout that DEFINITELY burned major calories. Thanks, Brittney! This was the first of your workouts I've done but I'll be on the lookout for more from you - you're awesome!

Challenging, but still enjoyed it
A couple of the exercises were a bit too challenging for me, so did a variation, but overall, still enjoyed the pace and intensity of the workout. Look forward to doing it again and being able to do the more challenging moves.
