Short and Sweaty
Christina brings the heat and energy to this short 30 minute workout. It worked my upper and lower body.
Great Workout!
I love doing Christa's workouts, but wasn't sure if I'd like this one only because she wasn't in a studio with her "ninja's". Well, I absolutely had a great time with this workout. Although the moves are familiar, the combos are unique and fun to do. Really a great workout. I'll definitely be doing it again.

Fun, Full-Body Combos
Always love Christa's workout and this is no different. This is a well paced w/out through all 5 rounds, well balanced, and her music keeps the beat at just the right volume.

One of the best workouts I've done on here!
Big fan of this one. And love Christina - she was so fun to workout with. Heart was definitely pumping and sweat is dripping. I burned 300 calories and my average heart rate was 143 (but went up into the mid 160s). It was easy to follow and a lot of fun. Heads up for when you're doing it - it's 5 rounds total, but the last round is a cooldown. Just so you know how much is still to come :)

My new exercise routine
I'm a newbie to kickboxing and I love it! Such a great workout. I was afraid to try it, but glad I did. Christa transformed me to a boxer, thank you! Those combos make you use your brain too, full body and brain workout.

High Impact!
I love Christa’s videos and she never disappoints with her cardio kickboxing routines. My fav round was round 3. I love a good jump and back kick! I enjoy high impact routines and I definitely felt like I got a good workout in with one!

Fun for a change!

Elbow strike combos!! YES!!!
Love Christa's energy and encouragement. It really did not seem like 35 mins. Went by so fast and, yes, I was dripping at the end.
