Amazing focused workout
Really focused on certain aspects of the body; rather than just saying 'cardio' she talked about different things that the moves were doing! Love her workouts and the energy she brings :)

Good Core Workout
I like this relatively short core workout which incorporated a little cardio for a nice rounded exercise session. It made me sweat!

Definitely feel the energy!
I wanted to do something easy after an intense leg day. Thought this was gonna be easy, cuz it had "digestion" in the workout title. Boy oh boy was I surprised:D Challenging in a fun way and definitely feel my body now. THANK YOU KIT and THANK YOU POPSUGAR!!!!!!

Love Kit
This is a little different than the usual workouts from Kit Rich but I’ll do any video of hers I see come up on Popsugar! Was so psyched to see she had a new one. And def worked up a sweat during this session! More Kit please!!!
