Amazing
First time i did this i stopped after the cardio round. After a few weeks of training finally finished it today and felt amazing ! Will definitely use this workout more ! And the trainer is great and extremely motivating!
Love all your workouts Raneir! Your workouts are awesome! I worked up a good sweat, but I'm not even close, you win! This workout was a great add-on to my other Zoom HIIT class. Now I'm set for the day, done working out. Great workout to end with.
Completed this a couple of times now, tagged onto one of Christa’s boxing ones. Together they make a really good and varied workout. Really enjoyed it.
I had not done a Tabata workout in some time and this kicked my butt the first time around. Thank goodness for the 10 second breaks. I will be returning to this workout to build stamina. The instructor is a great motivator and he makes the class fun.
I'm obsessed with the 10 second breaks in this workout, they make it feel like I can finish any exercise no matter how winded I am! I also super appreciate any instructor that can make me laugh and also gets as sweaty as me! Makes me feel at home during the workout, highly recommend.
First time trying this workout this morning in my apartment. Definitely got my heart pumping! I did a mix of the regular and modified moves, I can see continuing to come back to this video and working to improve. Thanks for the dose of positivity!
This is my 3rd time doing this video. I've done a mixture of other workouts by different trainers and also Ranier, but this one is my favorite. I feel so good afterwards.
