Harder than it looked!
This workout was so much harder than I expected it to be! Holy cow. A lot of strength with just the right amount of cardio thrown in! Thanks Kit.

Amazing Workout with Kit

Encouraging and empowering workout
This was a great workout. It was challenging but not too brutal, and I appreciated Kit's humor. I live at high altitude, 6,000 feet, so every workout is challenging for me. Thanks for the fun workout, Kit!

Surprising
This was my first experience with Kit, so I didn't know her style. I expected Pilates with some cardio. It was the reverse.

Fantastic class!
Can't believe the dedication of Kit! Even when she's out in the mountains she teaches a class, a great class. Kit is so refreshing, a break from the loud music and yelling of other classes. She's a great motivator without yelling and her classes are challenging to boot! Despite the technical difficulties, this is a class you want to do again and again! Thank you!

great workout!
I really liked this workout, but it was no joke!! I feel sweathy, strong, and accomplished! Thank you for the low impact cardio options, the motivational words to keep going, and for counting down the time with each interval!! That helps so much to keep going when things start to burn! I will look for future workouts from Kit!! A+++

Don't judge a workout by it's cover
This workout was no joke. The pic you see scrolling by may not look intimidating but this is tough. A great mix of cardio and pilates moves.
