This was a great workout. It was challenging but not too brutal, and I appreciated Kit's humor. I live at high altitude, 6,000 feet, so every workout is challenging for me. Thanks for the fun workout, Kit!
Can't believe the dedication of Kit! Even when she's out in the mountains she teaches a class, a great class. Kit is so refreshing, a break from the loud music and yelling of other classes. She's a great motivator without yelling and her classes are challenging to boot! Despite the technical difficulties, this is a class you want to do again and again! Thank you!
