I am trying to get back into yoga and decided to do this video with my mom. It is difficult but very enjoyable. I will definitely try doing this video at least once every other day to build strength!
Not quite beginner but a great workout. Lovely cool down at the end. A really good instructor aswell. It did move quite fast through poses but once i did them a couple of times i got the idea.
I did this after a couple of intense boxing workouts. Was a great stretch and did get my heart rate up in a couple of places which was a neat surprise. Loved it!
I really enjoyed this sequence. It's a fairly typical easy 30 minute flow sequence with clear instructions and a pace that is not too fast. It's my new go-to when I want to stretch and flow without working too hard.
I participated in this yoga flow after a great run. I felt stretched and strong! There are so many moments for great breaths and living in the moment. I canβt wait to do this again tomorrow. Thank you so much!!!
Liked the Instructor, Not My Favorite Yoga Workout
Overall I thought the instructor was great and explained things well. We did a lot of different moves, and I generally like it better when there are less sequences with more repetition so if I miss something the first time, I have an opportunity to try again. I also find it either to connect my breath that way.
