Has anyone here heard about blank ATM card? An ATM card that allows you to withdraw cash from any Atm machine in the world. No name required, no address required and no bank account required. Loved the Booty Toning Part
This Kit Rich session didn't kick my butt as much as some of her others. I'd probably add 10-15 minutes of cardio to the front end of this first. I really enjoyed the booty toning portion in the latter half.

Love it
Really hard, low impact and targets bum and core mainly, but it’s a full body workout. The girls made it fun and kept one motivated. Highly recommend it.

Good Class
I think the workout was good. Total body is always nice. This may be unpopular, based on other reviews, but this trainer is not my favorite. I understand style prefences vary. I prefer a more motivational, positive energy and "class attendee centric" communication. She is more boot camp, direct and talks about herself ("trainer centric") style.

Loved this workout!
Such a great workout and felt good after. I’m sure the soreness will happen tomorrow or the day after. Feel like I worked everything. The instructor was wonderful and very motivating. Love love pop sugar workouts.

Psyched to see a new Kit workout!
I was so happy to see this workout posted. Kit always delivers. She’s my favorite instructor on the app β€” Kit pushes you hard but always is careful about form. I love her combo of cardio and Pilates. The workout is tough but do-able. You’re just at the point where you feel you might quit and then she switches it up. So glad to have another Kit workout to add to list!!!

This workout wasn't my favourite. Found that the diagonal leg extension with the plank and one of the other moves were very awkward to execute.

Great workout!
Kit always has the best combinations, and this one won't disappoint! Great blend of full-body cardio with targeted booty and ab exercises at the end. This workout is also mostly low-impact with the exception of some side shuffles in the second set. Perfect for when you need something that gives you a killer workout without much jumping.
