This is a fast-paced workout that will get your heart rate up then strengthen your entire body. You can use light hand-weights to make this workout more challenging. Beginner modifications are offered for every exercise too.
Great workout but the time went fast. Those twisted side planks were extremely hard but it motivates me to try this workout again to be able to hold those the whole time! The instructor was calming but encouraging. Definitely on the weekly workout list.
Really great workout! Love Kit's calm demeanor. She really gives you a good workout. I like how she gives you explanations why you do certain moves. Felt the burn and sweated a lot! Loved the unique series of the twisted side-planks. I really felt my obliques.
This was a great full body workout, with a short warm up and cool down. Cardio was the first half of the video and it was nice to push and get it out of the way! THe second half was more strength and it was all great.
