It is good exercise. The time is right too, only 30 minutes.

Great workout esp. for beginners
I haven’t exercised in quite a while and was able to keep up with most of this class. Got my heart rate up, wasn’t too strenuous and was fun!

Great full body workout!
This was a great full body workout, with a short warm up and cool down. Cardio was the first half of the video and it was nice to push and get it out of the way! THe second half was more strength and it was all great.
