This is a fast-paced workout that will get your heart rate up then strengthen your entire body. You can use light hand-weights to make this workout more challenging. Beginner modifications are offered for every exercise too.
This was a great full body workout, with a short warm up and cool down. Cardio was the first half of the video and it was nice to push and get it out of the way! THe second half was more strength and it was all great.
