Barre and Pilates
I love Jake Dupree’s workouts and admire his flexibility. Although my heart rate didn’t go up much my muscles were sore for two days after that which means the exercise is targeting the weak and underutilized areas. Thank you Jake and love your sense of humour!

I love working out with Jake
Awesome workout with a nice booty and ab burn! Loved it!! I also love that Jake does rarely take breaks - you are working through the whole 30 minutes with him which can be extremely exhausting but I prefer it to too many water and talking breaks! Love you Jake! And love your energy and humour!! <3

Fun and effective!
Loved the energy from the instructor and definitely feeling it a day later. Will do it again! Two down sides: -I had to make up for a few missing exercises on one side but no big deal. -the commentary from the two people in the back is distracting and made me want to turn it off a few times.

Very fun and challenging!
I only knocked off one star because I don't think the did the exact same exercises on the other side when he was lying down on the side. That may lead to an imbalance, but overall it was very challenging and made me sweaty! His funny comments distracted me haha.
