So much fun
I really was not in the mod to work out but I loved this - and it was not easy but it felt very accessible.

Feeling on top of the world!
It takes a lot of motivation to get me to work out. And even when I do, I spend so much mental energy bashing myself that I don't feel good afterwards. This workout was amazing for many reasons, but the main one was the positive attitude and encouragement. I didn't even have a chance to self sabotage, I was so happy! Kristina, you made me enjoy working out again!

Excellent workout!
Kristina is always great and so encouraging. Her positivity gets me through. But don't let her sweet demeanor fool you, her workouts are TOUGH!

what a workout!!
I was so excited to see a new workout from Kristina. I started doing PopSugar workouts 3-5x/week in March, and when I started I couldn't even do a single pushup. I am so proud to say that I completed the entire workout today with no stops! It was so tough but I feel AMAZING and strong (and sweaty omg)!! Kristina - your positive words of encouragement throughout the workout is only ONE of the reasons why I think you are so great. I will continue to choose your workouts as long as you continue to make them. Thank you!!!

Wow!
I found this on Instagram and I’m so happy I did! I started taking classes regularly when gyms shut down in New York months ago. Kristina has taught me I do not need any equipment to build a sweat and increase muscle tone. Not only are the moves creative, but her words encourage me to keep going! She motivates you just as hard as she pushes you, and I hope to see more of her soon!

Exciting and Challenging!

i had to stop mid way, because Kristina was too fast. I do all the live workouts but this one wasn't for me.
