Great energy
I really enjoyed this. It's easy to follow, works all the body and Gideon demonstrates all the moves. It left me sweaty and feeling great.

He had such great energy and didn't repeat the moves much, so it didn't get boring. Loved the intensity too!!! Everyone should try this once!

LOVED IT
First time doing this and it is perfect! I went back a forth between advanced and modified and worked out really well. AWESOME! The best part is the order of the exercises makes it much better.

AMAZING- I keep coming back to this one!
I really like how you can modify each move depending on how you feel. If you really want to sweat just PUSH it and you will. I love Anna- hands down my favorite to follow along with. BUT this guy is awesome! I have easily done this workout 4 times in the past 2 weeks and it never gets old! The workout flies by before you know it. :) Thank you POPSUGAR!

FABULOUS!
By far one of the most fun workouts I have done since the beginning of the self isolating period (over a month!). Great fun, interaction with the viewers at home, good pace and original exercises with good final stretches. Absolutely recommended!

My quarantine workout
