Love it!
I do this workout like once a week. Its great for when you don't have a lot of time but want a full body workout. She really works your full body! And she has a great energy and explains all moves really well.

Good - not the best
Definitely hard, but not the most "FUN" workout out there. Happy I did it today but not something I'll come back to. I like some of the other Blogilates workouts better :)

Cassey’s workouts are the best!
I do her workouts on FitOn and I always enjoy them. This workout was tough but felt so good afterwards! Cassey is so fun and she always makes you feel good as you work out with her!
