You can use a pair of light free weights or even cans of soup. Then, you'll take it to the mat for a challenging series of exercises to work your core and legs. Megan's unique movements will also work on your hip mobility, which is essential if you're doing a lot of running or biking.

Serious sculpting
There is no messing around with this workout. Straight into an all over sculpting session and smart intervals to make best use of muscle fatigue and time

Surprisingly Challenging
Megan has great and kind energy and this workout was surprisingly hard! Great workout for a Saturday to compliment a nice walk, run or bike ride. Thank you, Megan!

Modifications needed
I'm newer to strength and usually pop fitness offers modifications. Wish she would have shared modifications for more exercises. I can also be the weakest person in the world lol

Not for the faint of heart
Do not be deceived. This workout is low-impact but is a killer. I will definitely add this to my list and keep doing it till I can get through the set without crying.
