Great workout!
Awesome workout to do on a short day when I don't have an entire hour. Works in enough of the upper body for those days when you cannot do a complete full body circuit!

GREAT workout
Someone else wrote a review here that said “hated it and loved it” and I felt the same way! It’s definitely a tough workout but never so hard that you are ready to give up. Allie always keeps it moving, even during the breaks and varies the circuits so you’re never bored. Plus she’s super upbeat and sweating right along with you! This is a go-to workout for me.
