Side note: this is advanced in my opinion...not all levels!
If you're doing low impact but are intermediate or above, this isn't really worth the time. Lots of jumping and the low impact modifications aren't challenging. Really a cardio workout, not strength as well.
This workout was pretty intense and I was exhausted by the end but in a good way! The trainer was so motivational and really helped me through it! Loved the cooldown and felt great about myself at the end!
