Too complicated!
She talked about being a gymnast and I definitely felt like there was a fair amount of choreography to the moves. Didn't like it at all!

Trainer Ego
I appreciate the energy and challenge but this trainer's transitions made NO sense. Hardly demonstrated proper technique too.

Really challenging
Love love love this workout! And I love how I can see that I’m progressing each time I do it! Please keep it coming with such workouts!! I’m sweating buckets as Anja predicted :) Side note: this is advanced in my opinion...not all levels!

Change too fast
Change to other movements are too fast I would rather do fewer movements but do it right than to cram all of that in...not effective

Not worth it for Low Impact Intermediate +
If you're doing low impact but are intermediate or above, this isn't really worth the time. Lots of jumping and the low impact modifications aren't challenging. Really a cardio workout, not strength as well.

Oh my gosh!
This workout was really hard! I had a tough time getting through it, and definitely used the modifications. Thirty minutes flew by! Can’t wait to try this again.

Super challenging but motivational!
This workout was pretty intense and I was exhausted by the end but in a good way! The trainer was so motivational and really helped me through it! Loved the cooldown and felt great about myself at the end!
