A quick 30 minute workout
Overall a good workout that worked all parts of the body. It was a little frenetic in parts; where you rushed from one move to the next with little warning. Transitions and cueing could have been a little better. A bit confusing when you did the 5 step-together-steps, you didn't always do 5 steps. Sometimes it was 5, sometimes it was 4, sometimes it was 3, so it made it confusing to follow. But I got a nice workout, so that's all that mattered. Thank you!
