Loved this workout!
I absolutely love a good high impact workout that allows me to burn a lot of calories. I burned like 337 calories with this workout and my legs feel like jelly! Thanks Ashley Joi! I look forward to more of your workouts!

I just burned 211 calories this workout was amazing, and my favorite parts were the jump squats and high knees I will most definitely do this again . THANKS POPSUGAR .
