First time with this trainer, really enjoyed all of the moves. I really liked the arm burnout on this even though it was a full body workout. It's more of a 25 min workout with 5 min stretching, but really glad for the stretch at the end!
i thought it was a pretty good overall workout, I do think there were times though that the cueing could have been better. Esp. when we are on the ground and forced to look at the floor, the instructor need to tell us when things are ending or changing in some way.
