Good workout
Got to all areas...guidance was a bit rushed, enjoy it though.

OK workout, bad guidance
Found there weren't enough verbal cues and descriptive guidance of the various moves. Made it hard to follow the workout without stopping to watch.

good workout
This was a good workout. My shoulders were used the whole time....which is good and not so good. :)

great quick workout
First time with this trainer, really enjoyed all of the moves. I really liked the arm burnout on this even though it was a full body workout. It's more of a 25 min workout with 5 min stretching, but really glad for the stretch at the end!

good workout but not great cueing
i thought it was a pretty good overall workout, I do think there were times though that the cueing could have been better. Esp. when we are on the ground and forced to look at the floor, the instructor need to tell us when things are ending or changing in some way.
