I Love Heba!
Perfect full body workout. Gets your heart rate up and hits a lot of muscles in a short amount of time. I like to work this in at least once a week.

Great way to work out your body!
The reps are simple enough but by adding the resistance bands, your body will get stronger and if it's too difficult, you can choose a lower resistance band because it still works.
