Nice Way to Start the Week!
Not the hardest workout I've ever done, but it was a good way to feel strong and energized on a Monday morning. Love her positive energy!

Too easy
I thought it was a bit too repetitive and the breaks between sets were too long. Was looking for something a bit more challenging/hard!

Great workout - but not "low impact"?!?!?
Great workout but I selected only "low impact" workouts and this was not low impact starting with the warm up -- however good full body HIIT! Maybe the background noise, phones ringing, etc. could be music instead? :)
