This workout is great because it is teaching you how to control the muscles in your body with slower movements. After the workout was completed I was drenched in sweat.
Is was hard to motivate myself to workout after one year of regular sport but thanks to you guys I was motivated again and I was feeling more confident ! having the intermediate positions helped a lot when I was tired too, and all your comments :D
Loved this quick workout. For the weights I swapped with a band and got such a burn ! Love how the instructor tells stories in the most difficult part, really made me forget about the pain and finish the move haha
