Great workout for my fasting days
Great stability workout without that panting and needing extra water. Great for my evening routine for fasting days!

Workout for new mothers
This was a great workout and I love all of Anna's classes. However, I wish the description mentioned that it's geared toward new moms. As someone without kids, I didn't feel I could connect as well as other may. But props to all the moms out there working out!

Sweating hard and nicely!
It is a very nice workout! Sometimes it just gets you stay up or down to the mat too fast that your head can have some problem: so I suggest you to do it slower

Great work out!
Hi, what a way to break a sweat! It's a pretty intense - I like the mix of cardio and strengthening. I especially love the stretching at the end. Thank you for sharing and uploading!

Great Beginner's Workout
