I was feeling a little lazy tonight so I took this workout by chance and WOW ! It is slow cardio but it's still cardio !! Now I feel proud I've made it and filled with positive energy ! I'll keep it in my favorites to do it again ^^
I really loved this one. I had not worked out for a few months due to an issue in my back. This one had simple, yet very dynamic exercises that I could perform; the option with the modifications is really helpful. I loved the fact that it had everyday people and focused on moms and physical issues we may have! I really enjoyed it.
This was a great workout and I love all of Anna's classes. However, I wish the description mentioned that it's geared toward new moms. As someone without kids, I didn't feel I could connect as well as other may. But props to all the moms out there working out!
