Too fast
I did not like this workout. She Was going way to fast with the dance moves. I could not keep up at all.

Forget it
If you need proper queing to match the visual, this is NOT the routine for you. Great music, but she "forgot" that her right is actually the viewers left and vis-a-versa.

Good workout
I found this a little confusing at first If you are a slow learner like me it will take a few tries to get up to speed but it’s a good workout once you do

Bouncy Choregraphy
Pros: Music makes me feel like a superstar and the arm circuit is killer. Cons: The choreography moves fast, and it's all variations of jumping. Keep bouncing and you'll still get a workout!
