Good workout
I found this a little confusing at first If you are a slow learner like me it will take a few tries to get up to speed but it’s a good workout once you do

Bouncy Choregraphy
Pros: Music makes me feel like a superstar and the arm circuit is killer. Cons: The choreography moves fast, and it's all variations of jumping. Keep bouncing and you'll still get a workout!
