I love this video and have done this workout 2x a week since SIP in the Bay Area started in March. It's fun, it's fast and it's challenging!! Great sequences and the best dumbbell video on PS in my opinion. Thank you!
This is definitely one of the tougher workouts with weights on Popsugar. I had to drop to lower weights than I normally use for strength training, and my arms still felt like jelly! Would love to have seen a longer guided stretch to include the arms and upper back.
Liked the workout as it used weights and worked out all the muscle groups. However, as a senior, it is hard for me to lie down and jump up as some of the routines required.
