Tough but fun workout
This is a really great full body workout. The instructors make it easy to follow and enjoyable. It’s one of my favorites.

Tough but worth it!
This is definitely one of the tougher workouts with weights on Popsugar. I had to drop to lower weights than I normally use for strength training, and my arms still felt like jelly! Would love to have seen a longer guided stretch to include the arms and upper back.

Good Overall
Liked the workout as it used weights and worked out all the muscle groups. However, as a senior, it is hard for me to lie down and jump up as some of the routines required.

An amazing workout, but definitely not 'intermediate' level. Enjoyed it thoroughly and would recommend it for sure!
