This workout kept my heart rate high. I feel great after completing it!!

Not Too Impressed
This workout had wayward moves that were difficult to follow at times. Each “dance” seems very short and incomplete, and the end of the workout is disorganized as well. It did not leave me feeling the “refreshed” and “energized” kind of feelings that most Popsugar workouts give.
