Fun but music lacking
I enjoyed the moves and the energy of the ladies but for a dance cardio video, the music was pretty lousy. It wasn’t loud enough or inspiring for danc.

Really good
My leg has been hurting for a couple of days but I didn't wanted to keep postponing exercise. Very easy to follow and super effective.

Fun and a great workout!
This is such a fun and great workout. It includes a cool down at the end. I thought I would add a 10-15 minute, but just added a 5 minute. Also, cute outfits! It was great to see Fabaletics. Getting some now.

nice "dance" cardio
i liked how the first 6 mins are no weight arms because i don't have any hand weights at home! they build the dance steps slowly so if you're a little clumsy like me you have time to learn it
