Loved the mix of barre & dance. Didn't feel impossible, but I was still pouring sweat by the end!

I really loved this workout. I was literally dripping in sweat. So much fun....I can't really dance so will need to do it a few times to really get hang of it, but so worth it*

Worked up a sweat
I loved this workout. I’ve done quite a lot of dance though it’s been a while. I would say it is a little challenging but definitely easy enough for beginners to follow and means that it won’t be boring if you do it multiple times because you will only get better. Nice mix of ballet/dance and workout.
