I like workout style mash-ups, and this combo of boxing and dancing was fun. I broke a little sweat, which is usually my goal with cardio amd weights (no weights for this one). I took a star off because I love to dance, but these moves didn't flow well.
Good pace - great to add on to the end of another workout when you need a little more
The pace of this workout is such that you don't have time to get frustrated, bored, or overworked. I did this right after one of Christa's boxing workouts and was pretty tired, but found this video changed up the pace so regularly that I maintained a good sweat without completely burning out.
Not the max, as I danced for years and it was hard to follow the combinations as per the coordination of the movements is not easy when the steps to follow are not well connected between each other.
But I would have added a bit more of music, and following the rhythm of the music together with the movement.
