I am not into yoga as much, but I had a chance to try it for the first time in SF when Jacquelyn had an open session in Marina green / ALLNESS /, and I really enjoyed it, so since then I found it interesting and her as a great teacher. :)
This workout was great! Be prepared for holding leg balancing poses for what seemed like forever. I had to put my leg down a couple of times, because they were burning, along with my glutes. This workout will definitely make me stronger if I do it consistently.
