So fun and low impact!
I love this workout!!! Really friendly to beginners. Low impact but high energy. I was totally sweaty after the workout. I hope more Caribbean dance workout will come out!!!

Worked up a good sweat!
I really like this dance workout. I thought it was pretty straightforward and enough repetition so I could keep up. I did this instead day 5 dance cardio in the 4-week challenge.

My favorite!
Hands down my favorite workout so far! Nice and low impact but it still gets you sweating. Love the instructor, makes you feel great :))))

Good Vibes Only!
I loved this workout! Normally I prefer high intensity workouts with lots of jumping... but I was feeling really tired today and this workout was a fantastic way to get my heart rate up without making me feel overworked. Loved all the "ay ay ay"! :p Fun music, fun vibes.
