Great Workout but....
Love Christa but girl... GIRL. When you say it's 30 min workout and when the timer says 35.... I expect to be done with the damn work out at 5:00

Great workout!
Loved the energy that this group has. Christa is just amazing. She’s easy to follow and gives off perfect energy. This workout was quick but really “packed a punch”.

Great Workout
This was a great workout. It brought my heart rate up and made me sweat like crazy. I loved that she used light weights with the jabs, uppercuts, and hooks. She made the workout really fun and it went by so fast.

Favorite Workout EVER
I discovered this workout when I was training for a half marathon a few years ago. I needed some cross-training and instantly fell in love with this workout! I've sent it to multiple friends and family members to try it out!

Love this!
Any workout led by Christa is bound to be intense in the most ridiculously fun way - and this workout only further proves that! With a mix of slower and fast paced, this workout gives you the chance to breath and also the chance to sweat! There’s a great core workout halfway through, and the kickboxing moves really engages the lower body too. If you’ve got 30-minutes, I highly recommend doing this!

Great intro to a range of boxing moves
Fun boxing workout that won't kill you. Great ab section at the half way mark and good mix of high intensity and slower drills so it's not full throttle the whole way through.

Great workout!
I have not done any boxing in at least 1 1/2 years and I was able to follow the workout but take it at my own pace without feeling bummed. She is encouraging. Thank you!
