Great cardio workout
Has boxing (with fists, not kicks) interspersed with short cardio bursts, an ab set in the middle, and a small bit of dancing. It was fun, and I burned 255 calories.
Someone said one side was exercised more than the other - that's not true until the very last move. They do the exact same thing on both sides, then the very last combo (which was ~10 seconds) was only done on one side. I just did the same on the other side on my own to even it out :)
