A powerful workout with a great ab burner in the middle. The trainer is decent, but doesn’t explain the purpose behind the boxing moves like some other trainers do. Overall, a quick and effective workout!
its not the kind of workout i would usually do but its so nice to switch things around and you guys make it so easy to follow. This quarantine feels a lot lighter since introducing your workouts. Thank you !
This is the workout that will get your sweat on! The warm up was more intense than some of the boxing routine. I prefer a dynamic warm-up that builds in intensity so I started with the modified and worked up to the more intense level. I was ready to rock!
