Great cardio workout
Has boxing (with fists, not kicks) interspersed with short cardio bursts, an ab set in the middle, and a small bit of dancing. It was fun, and I burned 255 calories. Someone said one side was exercised more than the other - that's not true until the very last move. They do the exact same thing on both sides, then the very last combo (which was ~10 seconds) was only done on one side. I just did the same on the other side on my own to even it out :)

Great workout!
A powerful workout with a great ab burner in the middle. The trainer is decent, but doesn’t explain the purpose behind the boxing moves like some other trainers do. Overall, a quick and effective workout!

Effective Cardio
This is the workout that will get your sweat on! The warm up was more intense than some of the boxing routine. I prefer a dynamic warm-up that builds in intensity so I started with the modified and worked up to the more intense level. I was ready to rock!
