I loved the variety. There was variation of moves, but none were repeated. This makes the workout enjoyable and it feels like it flies by.
My only wish is that there was more of a cool down stretch.
I like that this is a full body workout and found some of the moves to be deceptively challenging! The exercises looked easier than they actually were so I will definitely do this workout again- love the arm ones especially! Thank you!
I liked the sequence of moves but I felt rushed. It should have been paced a little slower and the time extended to 45 minutes. I would have preferred more repetitions.
