Fun workout
I love Eliza workouts - not too over choreographed so you can really feel your body and alignment and her attitude is so fun. Some confusion with transitions but really worth the time to do.

Great Workout!
I have been out of shape for a while now and decided to jump back at it. This was a great work out for me! It made me sweat, I'm a little sore, but it was easy enough to follow and complete even with my terrible condition.

Good Workout
I love all workouts from Eliza and this was good too. Only one thing I agree with others here is that it gets confusing when she switches combos without lead time and she stops. The exercises within the combo is switching too frequently and by the time I have gotten the full combo down, I can barely get 3 or 4 reps before we have to switch it.

Great Cardio Kickboxing Workout!
I have really come to enjoy cardio kickboxing and Eliza never disappoints. Her workouts are fun and a great way to get some cardio in. Definitely looking forward to more of her workouts.

Feeling good!
This is my first time working out with Eliza and I absolutely loved her energy and personality. I'll be keeping an eye out for more workouts with her. Also, the music was catchy and made me feel more pumped and motivated. Would love to know where to find the tracks that were used.

Good workout
Did she ever show us the view from the deck? I kept waiting because she talked about it in the beginning lol. If she showed it, I missed it. Good workout overall but confusing when she stops doing the moves herself.

Another Wonderful Workout From Eliza
Not only does this workout get your heart pumping, but it gets your mind working too with the footwork and punching combinations. As always, I appreciate the round 13 mindfulness activity that comes with with Kick It along with Eliza's positive energy. Great workout!
