This was just what I needed today. Feeling a little out of sorts with so much nervous energy and now I feel like it has flown out of me. Awesome work out that kept my body and mind working. The cool down with the mindfulness was perfect too!
this is one of my favorite workouts. Its challenging, high energy but still low impact so I'm not in immense pain later. There are great modifications; all around a fantastic and fun workout to start my day right.
I absolutely recommend this for those new to kickboxing. Not many complex combinations, pretty easy to follow. For those of you with busy schedules who want to fit a quick sweat in your day, this is it!
This workout is a great option for those that are looking for a cardio workout that includes plenty of leg-burning exercises as well. Itβs motivating, easy to follow, and will leave you with a bit of sweat at the end! The cool down was also very relaxing and a nice way to end this workout!
Really good beginner video for someone who is not always picking up the directions correctly the first time. Bit light for more experienced though. Maybe supposed to be a beginner course?
First time using this app and first workout I completed. It was easy to follow and I felt the burn. It has motivated me to get back into a workout routine! I will be back for more :)
This was my first workout in a really long time, and it was the perfect one to get me back into exercise! Easy to follow, very helpful. Also, make sure you have enough space for your side kicks, I didn't so had to adjust with high knees so bare that in mind! thank you x
