I worked up a good sweat with this quick 30-minutes cardio workout which just flew by! The pace was great and the instructor was friend and had good energy. The moves weren't too hard though they were still challenging. This was definitely the kind of workout I was looking to do today!
I love workouts with Charlee! Great moves, great motivator, great workout. You can get your heart rate up by intensifying each move (going faster, going lower) so it's great for every level. Nice modifications by Anna for beginners or people with knee issues. Great way to start your morning! Thanks!

I usually hate cardio but this was great. Easy to keep up with when you needed to change to the next episode 3 quick circuits rolled into this awesome full body workout.
The only thing I would change is adding a countdown timer for each set. It was a little confusing trying to understand when she was just demonstrating the next move and when we were supposed to start. Other than that, I loved it!
They is an okay intermediate workout or recovery workout but it's a little slow paced to really keep the heart rate high. The exercises have more of a core focus than cardio. All in all worth your while but just don't expect a high heart rate if you're at all conditioned cardiovascularly.
I had a lot of fun doing this workout! Looking back, it probably was a bit ambitious of me to think I'd have no problems with it, but it was tough! I had to use some of the modifications, but I'm glad they had them as an option! I am definitely feeling the burn today, but I'm excited to keep working on this :)
Wow such a killer fun sweaty workout!!! One of my faves for sure!!!!! Great for all fitness levels and all you need is a mat; bottle of water and a towel!!!!🙂

three circuits that work different areas while doing mega cardio! I have done this one twice and I am still at the modified version for some sections. This is a great cardio work out (lots of sweat) and it's really fun to do, so you can keep this one on repeat.

Such a great workout to get your heart rate up and works out different body parts and love that it gives you a modified version to do also. Definitely will do again.
Fun, fast paced cardio workout for those blah days. Not only did it elevate my heart rate but elevated my mood too. I especially loved the 2nd circuit! I’d definitely do this workout again.
Great workout while being quarantined. It goes by fast and you really feel the workout afterwards. definitely recommend, I will continue using this site!
i was curious to check this site out and after one session, I thought it was great and fun. With lots of choices on whatever you want to participate in, I recommend this to everyone who wants variation in workouts.
At first, I thought this was going to be too easy but it crept up on me. It was a good overall body workout that targeted every area with uncomplicated moves.

This was a great workout! I was winded and sweaty by the end, but didn't feel like I could never do it again. I loved that you need no equipment. Super easy to do in a very small space, I did it in my entryway with no issues. Definitely try this if you're looking for an effective 30 min daily burn!
Broke such an intense sweat, and worked the whole body! I did the modifications without jumping to adapt for apartment living and it still was a great routine.
