Just finished this workout and sweating buckets. Great combination of strength and cardio. Giddy is hands down one of the most capable and motivating trainers that Popsugar has had and I really hope they have him again. He's got great tips to say throughout and is good at keeping you in line and not giving up!
I really love this workout because in each interval there is a really nice variation of movement - from legs, arms and abs. In this way the workout speeds by quickly and I feel super motivated for each new interval and it never feels like too much work on one body part or too repetitive. Definitely one I will return to often!
Instructor has great energy, all the moves are well explained. This feels like a very doable workout for a lot of athletic levels and abilities.
If you're looking for a hard HIIT with constant movement and consistent elevated HR, this is not the one.
