One of the very best trainers
Just finished this workout and sweating buckets. Great combination of strength and cardio. Giddy is hands down one of the most capable and motivating trainers that Popsugar has had and I really hope they have him again. He's got great tips to say throughout and is good at keeping you in line and not giving up!

Great balance of movement for an overall workout!
I really love this workout because in each interval there is a really nice variation of movement - from legs, arms and abs. In this way the workout speeds by quickly and I feel super motivated for each new interval and it never feels like too much work on one body part or too repetitive. Definitely one I will return to often!

Moderate leg workout, not enough cardio for HIIT
Instructor has great energy, all the moves are well explained. This feels like a very doable workout for a lot of athletic levels and abilities. If you're looking for a hard HIIT with constant movement and consistent elevated HR, this is not the one.
