We had so much fun with this workout! Definitely need a mat for the core moves. Fun moves, some of which I hadn't done before. It is a circuit but doesn't get boring. We added 10 minutes abs to the end and it was perfect.
it's a 3 repeat circuit of strength moves with cardio. I was definitely sweating at about half way and through the end. I wish there was more of a cool down and warm up, but I will just do some on my own. Lots of good core work.
