not my favourite
Good cardio but some original, awkward moves that I didn't like. Got a little repetitive and pretty much no cool down/stretch.

Great Challenging Workout
I did it with my friend and it was challenging and fun. If you want a full body workout, this is the one!

Really gets to the whole body
Wished there would have been a bit more time to cool down and stretch..many video should have been 35 minutes in total

Unique moves that target entire body
We had so much fun with this workout! Definitely need a mat for the core moves. Fun moves, some of which I hadn't done before. It is a circuit but doesn't get boring. We added 10 minutes abs to the end and it was perfect.

good mix of strength and cardio
it's a 3 repeat circuit of strength moves with cardio. I was definitely sweating at about half way and through the end. I wish there was more of a cool down and warm up, but I will just do some on my own. Lots of good core work.
